Bestowed by the Crown of Avacal to those who have been recognised as having contributed to the well-being of the Kingdom through their involvement to Archery, Thrown Weapons or Siege Weapons, usually at the local level. Recipients may wear or display the badge "Quarterly argent and Or, an arrow bendwise inverted, a bordure sable."
