The purpose of the Royal Patron is to provide guidance, mentorship, and a voice to the Crown and the Nobles Estate for those branches who desire it.
- a. Royal Peers or former Territorial Barons and Baronesses may be appointed as Royal Patron by the Crown upon agreement by the populace of the branch.
- b. The Royal Patron and the members of the branch must confirm their agreement to continue the relationship to the Crown annually.
- c. This relationship may be terminated at any time by the branch, the Royal Patron or the Crown.
- d. Royal Patrons shall
- i. Be in fealty to the Crown
- ii. Receive copies of reports from branch officers.
- iii. Report to the Crown and Heirs on the state of the Branch one month before Coronation
- iv. Act as an advocate for the Branch and represent the branch in meetings of the Noble Estate and in all ways act in the best interest of the branch.
- v. Royal Patrons shall not hold court on their own.
