Sir Olaf the Snowman, also known as Olaf of Vinjar, awaits his formal recognition from the College of Heralds as Óláfr Snær-Maðr Eiríksson. Committed to Armored fighting, Olaf has quickly risen from Armiger, to Sable Axe, to Knight of Avacal. As Squire to Sir Eric Rugenson, he continues a knightly lineage from Duke Albrecht von Rügen. Having attended Winter War in 2015, Sir Olaf first donned armor and attained authorization at Vinfest that year. Defender of Sword in both Vinjar and Bordergate, Sir Olaf continues to display his skill and chivalry. The family aspect of the SCA melts the heart of this Snowman and he looks forward to raising his children in an environment with such stellar role models; models of charity, chivalry, courage, courtesy, fealty, honor, humility, loyalty, responsibility and service.
