This should not be used for individual people but the reign page. The easiest way to create a new reign page is to go to the previous reign page and add the two names as one page on the "succeeded by" section. For example Vik Vikingsson and A'isha Rayhana al-Karim. Hit save. The link should be red. Click on it, there will be a blank page where you can start using the Template:ReignTemplate
