Bestowed by the Crown of Avacal to those who have been recognised as having contributed to the well-being of the Kingdom through their involvement to performance, music, dance, and bardic arts, usually at the local level. Recipients may wear or display the badge "Quarterly argent and Or, a flute bendwise sinister, a bordure sable."
