An award created by King Vik Vikingson and Queen Inga the Unfettered to be "awarded to those who have gone above and beyond the obligations of fealty and rank to contribute to the word fame of the Kingdom of An Tir through donations of time, goods, and service to the creation of largesse, clothing for the Crown, and Kingdom regalia. It is customarily given no more than twice per reign."
