The Webminister is in charge of maintaining the groups website and email presence.
Roles:
Kingdom Webminister
- Maintain email servers/services for the Kingdom and branches
- Maintain website space for the Kingdom and branches
- Update Kingdom website with information from Kingdom officers / Royalty. Or provide a means for them to update it themselves.
- Monitor branch websites
- Report to Society Officer
Branch Webminister - Maintain email servers/services for the branch. This may be handled by Kingdom if the branch wishes. - Maintain website space for the branch. This may be handled by Kingdom if the branch wishes. - Update website with information from your local group/officers. Or provide them a way to update it themselves. - Report to Kingdom Officer
