Per pale argent and azure, two crosses clechy fitchy counterchanged azure and Or, on a base embattled Or masoned sable a laurel wreath azure.

The Shire of Harrows Cross (Gleichen, Strathmore and environs, AB) was located in the Principality of Avacal. It was dissolved in 2008.
