Non-Armigerous Honours: Honours that convey no precedence:
1. Elder of Avacal: Given to a former Champion of Avacal who has fulfilled their duties and completed their term as champion. This is recognized at the time of the investiture of their successor.
2. For those entrants who gain second place in their designated Championship competitions shall be honoured with the following:
- a. The Iron Maul: Given to the runner-up in the Sword Champions Tournament
- b. The Iron Arrow: Given to the runner-up in the Arrows Champion Tournament
- c. The Iron Gauntlet: Given to the runner-up in the Rapier Champion Tournament
- d. The Iron Quill: Given to the runner-up in the Arts & Sciences Champion Tournament
- e. The Iron Skull: Given to the runner-up in the Bardic Champion Tournament
3. The Throne's Favour will be given by the Crown of Avacal to a group or individual who has significantly contributed to Avacal through conspicuous service to the Crown.
4. The King’s Favour will be given by a King to those as the King sees fit for service to the King.
5. The Queen’s Favour will be given by a Queen to those who the Queen sees fit for service to the Crown.
6. The Silver Gryphon will be given by the Royal Consort to the combatant and their prospective consort who came in second in the Crown Tournament.
7. The Order of the Rose will be given by the reigning Consort to those who have completed serving a term as Consort to the Sovereign. Members of this order are charged with encouraging chivalric and courteous behaviour among all members of the Society. The reigning Consort is the premier member of the Order and this order meets at Their request.
8. Augmentation of Arms The Crown may bestow upon any person or group an Augmentation of Arms in recognition of their dedication and impact on the Kingdom. The Augmentation shall be a recommendation from the Crown of an addition to or alteration of the recipient's device or badge. The augmentation chosen by the Crown may incorporate elements of Kingdom-owned heraldry, symbols of personal significance to the Crown, or some other unique charge. Augmentations of Arms may allow specific charges or marks of pretense. The Crown will recommend changes to the recipients' device or badge, but the final decision for alteration lies with the recipient, subject to the approval by the College of Heralds. While this honour acknowledges recognitions for exemplary acts and the favour of the Crown, it shall carry no precedence.
9. The Griffins Grace is an honour bestowed by the Crown once per reign to an individual who has served Avacal in an extraordinary way, but who resides outside of Avacal.
10. The Royal Foreign Legion is bestowed by the Crown to those that travel to foreign wars with the Crown. You may be bestowed this token more than once. All those in possession of the Royal Foreign Legion (RFL) token will be recognized as a Legionnaire in the RFL. There will also be a special rank of Tribune and Prefect of the RFL.
- a. Tribune of the RFL is the highest ranked legionnaire participating in the marshal activities of the war (armoured, fencing, archery, equestrian).
- b. Prefect of the RFL is the highest-ranking legionnaire participating in the non-marshal activities of the war (A&S, Service, Bardic).
- The Crowns will bestow these honorary ranks to the highest-ranked legionnaire present at the foreign war. This will be bestowed at each foreign war that the Crown travels to. The same person may not necessarily be bestowed this title at each war they attend. In case of a tie, the Crown will bestow the ranking ot the highest-ranked legionnaire of their choosing. The same person cannot hold both honorary ranks at the same time.
