We would like to begin by acknowledging that Avacal is in Treaty 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, & 11 territories, the Metis Nation and the Nunavut Settlement Area. We acknowledge all the many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries. We respect and honour the treaties that were made on all territories.
