A shield with a purple and black background horizontally split, with a yellow bear paw in the bottom middle, yellow castle wall above, and a black cat walking above the castle wall on the purple side.

Symbol: a bear paw or footprint


Current persona stems from the history of Český Krumlov Castle in what is now Czechia, and a UNESCO world heritage site. Heraldry is inspired by the bears kept in the castle moat. The Stráž name comes from the Lords of Stráž, a branch of the Vítkovci family after the Division of the Roses.

Interests

Participates regularly in armoured combat, combat archery, and rapier combat.

Outside of combat, participates in archery, thrown weapons, leather working, brewing, sewing, and other SCA activities and related hobbies as they come up.
