An Event Steward is the chief organizer of an event. Typically, they make arrangements for renting a site, filling in and filing event forms, advertising the event, handling emergencies at the event, and handling the event finances and final reporting. They are the head of a team to ensure all activities of the event happen.
In the Kingdom of Avacal, the term "Event Steward" is used in place of the word "Autocrat".
