The Avacal College of Heralds is the body of heralds that administers the submission and acceptance of heraldic arms and names at a Kingdom level. They maintain the Order of Precedence, encourage, facilitate and provide heraldic education, and server as a focal point of resources and organization for herald related activity.
The College is overseen by the Sanguinaris Herald and his or her staff. The membership of the College also includes all official branch heralds and all Heralds at Large.
