	This is the SCA-wide College of Heralds. The College of Arms is responsible for registration of SCA Names and SCA Armory (device/coat of arms/badges). Note that the SCA College of Arms is not related to the SCA Registrar's office, and there is little, if any, communication between the two. There is a saying among the heralds: "We don't register your membership, and the Registrar doesn't register your name and arms."
